About the Event
A Conversation Amongst Peers, a NJCDA platform program, focuses on bringing its members together to engage in conversation that aligns with the designated NCDA conference theme and mission for the year. With this year’s NCDA theme, A Kaleidoscope of Career Interventions in an Age of Uncertainty, our organization proudly presents, Ideas to Interventions: A Year of Challenges and Creativity in Career Development.
The upheaval of 2020 has brought forth various challenges for Career Development professionals across the country. From the transition to a virtual workforce to a now ever changing economy, professionals across the globe were unexpectedly challenged to reevaluate strategies in order to strive in this new economy.
This three session, one-hour series, serves as an occasion for participants to engage in dialogue with like minded peers, to reflect on the past, acknowledge the present and focus on discovering strategies to thrive in the future.
