Recruiting Trends is an annual survey of employers actively seeking college students (associate, bachelor, and master level) for full-time and work-integrated learning (internship) positions. The survey taps into employer expectations on the level of hiring, recruiting strategies, and, this year, their thoughts on professional image management during virtual events and retention issues of new hires.
